1. Prices

Prices listed are those in effect at this time. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Ordering Options and Hours

To order the IGRS CD-ROM:

call IronWood Technologies at 1-800-473-2476between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM U.S. Eastern Standard Time (GMT + 5 hours), or

send e-mail to rwh@ironwoodtech.com. Be sure to include in your e-mail message all of the information from the order form above. We cannot guarantee the security of transactions via e-mail. Please exercise caution.

3. Taxes

Please add applicable sales tax if your order is being shipped to New York State. If you are tax-exempt in New York State, please forward a signed official state tax exemption certificate with your order.

4. Method of Payment

We accept money orders and certified checks

We accept corporate and personal checks, which may require 5 to 10 business days to clear

Returned checks are subject to a service charge of US$20.00

Corporate purchase orders are subject to credit approval. University, school and government purchase orders are accepted.

C.O.D. orders are accepted for a maximum of US$500.00. Please add a US$15.00 processing fee. Money order or cashier's check required. No international C.O.D.s accepted.

5. Shipping

All shipments are F.O.B., Syracuse, NY, USA, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Unless instructed otherwise, we reserve the right to pack and ship your order in the most economical way. Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS). Overseas shipping charges are the current UPS rates then in effect plus a US$2.95 handling charge. Refused deliveries are subject to a restocking fee.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Every CD-ROM we sell comes with the IWT 30-day Guarantee Against Defects. If a CD-ROM is defective in any way, call us at 1-800-473-2476 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of the date of original receipt. Defective CD-ROMs will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. Shipping, handling, and C.O.D. charges are not refundable. A restocking fee may apply.

7. Y2K Compliance

The database portion of IGRS was implemented using Microsoft Access 97, and as such correctly interprets all dates entered which fall between January 1, 1930 and December 31, 2029.

8. Limitation of Liability

IWT assumes no liability for any consequential damages resulting from the use of this product. IWT is not responsible nor warrants the product for merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. International Orders

Payment can be made by credit card, international bank draft, irrevocable letters of credit, and wire transfer. Please call or e-mail for a quote on shipping cost.
